Job summary
City Electric Supply (CES) is seeking a GEAR Quotation Specialist to join our team and help gather information to provide accurate, competitive pricing for project packages.
In this role you will assist with collecting information from vendors and agents, prepare and manage sales quotes, and work with suppliers to secure project awards while delivering value-added service and industry expertise to customers.
Qualifications
- Experience with Eaton, Siemens, and GE gear is required.
- A minimum of three years of experience in gear quotation is required.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Technical qualifications and strong industry knowledge are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with collecting information from vendors and agents to create complete and competitive job package quotes.
- Prepare and manage sales quotes for customers and branch locations.
- Work directly with suppliers and customers to secure project awards.
- Provide value added service and technical expertise to customers.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
