Job summary

City Electric Supply is seeking a Gear Quotation Specialist at our Ohio RGO Springfield location. You will gather information from vendors and branches to prepare complete, competitive quotes that help win project packages.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of gear quotation experience, knowledge of Eaton, Siemens, and GE gear, and proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel. Valid driver’s license preferred, and a customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Eaton, Siemens, and GE gear is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in gear quotation is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting information from vendors and agents to create complete and competitive job package quotes.
• Prepare and manage sales quotes for customers and branch locations.
• Work directly with suppliers and customers to secure project awards.
• Provide value added service and technical expertise to customers.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
