Job summary

City Electric Supply is seeking a GEAR QUOTATION SPECIALIST to gather project details, prepare competitive quotes, and collaborate with vendors and customers to win project packages. You will provide technical expertise and build strong relationships with branch locations and customers.

The role requires gear knowledge (Eaton, Siemens, GE), 3+ years in gear quotation, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook/Word. Valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in gear quotation.
• Strong industry knowledge of gear products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting information from vendors and agents to create complete and competitive job package quotes.
• Prepare and manage sales quotes for customers and branch locations.
• Work directly with suppliers and customers to secure project awards.
• Provide value added service and technical expertise to customers.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
