SEW-EURODRIVE is seeking a Temporary Employee to Hire for a first-shift position at a pay rate of $19.50 per hour. The role involves hand assembly of gear motors and related components, with responsibilities spanning inventory management to final testing and packaging.

Qualifications

• Able to meet production requirements consistently.
• Learn SEW-EURODRIVE products and technical details.
• Must have mechanical aptitude for assembling gear drives and motors.
• Communicate with all employees in a businesslike and professional manner; follow instructions.
• Read and understand supporting documentation for the work area.

Responsibilities

• Hand assemble gear motors, reducers, and adjustable drives.
• Maintain parts stock between assembly lines; manage inventory.
• Inspect finished work and perform rework as needed.
• Follow ISO Quality and safety rules; report unsafe conditions to your manager.
• Pack, ship, test, and prep/paint and general cleanup as required.
