Job summary

Takeda is seeking an Associate Director of GDO Business Analytics and Insights in Cambridge, MA. The role leads the analytics and insights strategy, aligning with DSDS, CDSO, and GDO leadership, and builds a new capability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent in Life Sciences, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline required.
• 8+ years of applicable business intelligence, data visualization, and/or drug development experience (global experience preferred).
• Experience leading global teams and coordinating cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of analytics solutions and predictive modelling.
• Develop analytics strategy to support GDO metrics and success measures.
• Build analytics capability including organizational design, recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Prioritize deliverables, track execution, manage projects, and assess risks.
• Collaborate with GDO function leads and study teams to translate business needs into analytics projects.
