Job summary

Navaide seeks a GCSS‑MC Subject Matter Expert to support Marine Corps GCSS‑MC users from a Quantico, VA on‑site role. You will advise end users, develop guidance, and lead training across financial management and supply/maintenance functions.

Active DoD clearance or ability to obtain is required; local NCR/Quantico candidates preferred. Candidates bring hands-on GCSS‑MC experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with diverse Marine Corps teams in a dynamic, mission‑critical

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on GCSS-MC experience in financial management or supply/maintenance.
• Demonstrated expertise in one GCSS-MC functional domain (financial management or supply/maintenance).
• Proven ability to communicate complex processes to users with varying proficiency.
• Experience supporting Marine Corps operating forces or related activities in a support/advisory role.
• Active DoD clearance or ability to obtain one; local Quantico/NCR candidates required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a GCSS-MC SME guiding end users, unit administrators, and staff on system processes and business rules.
• Analyze issues and develop practical solutions within GCSS-MC context.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, guides, and training materials translating GCSS-MC behavior into user guidance.
• Support functional testing, UAT, and validation activities for config changes and upgrades.
• Participate in working groups, help desk escalations, and stakeholder engagements.
