Job summary

OWT Global LLC is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) – Ground Control Station (GCS) Support to provide mission-critical technical support for the DZYNE ULTRA UAS in a CONUS-based Remote Split Operations environment. The role requires maintaining GCS hardware/software, networking, and training end users.

The ideal candidate will have experience with GCS, Layer 1–3 networking, and a DoD Secret clearance, plus CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Ground Control Stations (GCS) or similar control systems.
• Strong understanding of Layer 1–3 networking principles.
• Experience configuring Routers, Switches, Firewalls and Windows Server environments.
• Experience supporting LOS and BLOS communications systems.
• Proven troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and communications.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, maintain, and support Ground Control Station (GCS) hardware and software.
• Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Ensure LOS/BLOS communications via SATCOM, RF, and IP networking.
• Perform upgrades, software updates, and hardware installations.
• Lead GCS and network troubleshooting and field support.
• Provide operator and maintainer training on the GCS and certify trainees.
• Coordinate with Program Manager on maintenance, upgrades, and mission support.
• Participate in technical reviews and customer meetings.
