Leidos in the United States is seeking Ground Control Station (GCS) Technicians for a Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Operations Facility. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair GCS systems to support mission readiness.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in avionics or SATCOM, TOP SECRET/SCI clearance, the ability to lift heavy gear, and a willingness to work a 24/7 rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years in aircraft avionics, SATCOM, or ground station maintenance.
• Familiarity with C5ISR concepts and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable reading blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Able to lift heavy gear and work in hands-on environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair RPA Ground Control Stations.
• Install and configure critical IT systems, communications tools, and mission hardware/software.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and respond to evolving mission demands.
• Document maintenance in IMDS and perform crew debriefs.
