Job summary

Tech Mahindra seeks a skilled GCP Architect to design scalable cloud solutions in Dearborn, MI. This onsite role focuses on Google Cloud Platform architecture, security, and cost efficiency, guiding technical teams through migration and modernization efforts.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate requirements into architectural designs, and ensure best practices across deployments while staying abreast of new cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in IT with a focus on cloud architecture and solutions.
• Proven track record of successful cloud implementations and migrations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud architecture solutions on Google Cloud Platform that meet business requirements.

Job Title: GCP Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with a strong background in cloud architecture, specifically in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions. As a Technical Architect, you will play a critical role in guiding our technical teams and ensuring that our cloud infrastructure aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud architecture solutions on Google Cloud Platform that meet business requirements.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience as a Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
• Proficiency in designing and deploying cloud native applications and services.
• Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks.
• Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
• Strong understanding of networking, storage, and compute services in GCP.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud environments for performance and cost efficiency.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with data management and analytics services in GCP.
• Certifications in related technologies or methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) are a plus.

The pay range for this role is $120,000- $130,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.

This job is open for contract as well with a pay range of USD 70-80/hr (max.)
