Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Global Practice Architect for AI Infrastructure to shape the GTM strategy and drive execution across regions. You will lead design and orchestration of models aligning GTM plans with company objectives while engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and some customers for feedback.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to interface with customers to refine Google Cloud’s AI infrastructure GTM approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with technical or GTM planning in cloud infrastructure within a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience delivering business or technical presentations to the C-Suite or board levels.
• Experience delivering GTM motions and managing GTM processes, analytics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the construction and implementation of sales plays for your specific product portfolio.
• Drive strategic decision-making by leveraging analysis and insights, aligning project portfolios and GTM plans with company strategy to achieve growth goals.
• Support the design and implementation of integrated GTM blueprints across the full ecosystem (industries, solutions, partnerships, services, enablement, compensation).
• Oversee the portfolio, continuously monitoring business performance, diagnosing issues, and recommending new approaches based on results and data-driven insights.
• Conduct ongoing research and benchmarking to incorporate industry best practices, providing actionable insights and recommendations to Practice Lead to inform strategic alignment.

• Experience with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space (e.g. Generative AI, Cloud Security, Distributed Cloud, etc.).
• Experience developing business plays for cloud products leveraging partnerships.
• Experience with content creation and narrative development.

The Global Practice Architect team orchestrates across numerous contributing teams, and GTM stakeholder organizations, regionally and globally, to facilitate the successful design, implementation and refinement of the overall strategy.

As a Global Practice Architect for AI Infrastructure within Google Cloud, you will bring your experience and thought leadership and operational mindset to help drive outlook, mission, and strategy around the AI Infrastructure’s Go-To-Market (GTM) approach. You will showcase strong leadership capabilities and strategic thinking by designing and orchestrating the right model for Google Cloud’s objectives and the current market landscape. You will partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to develop and iterate on the plan. You will also need to interface directly with some customers, both helping them to understand Google Cloud’s offerings and gathering their feedback in order to adapt as needs change.
