Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Capability Reinvention Manager for the Global Capability Center in the United States. You will shape technology strategy and architecture, enabling data & AI-driven reinvention for new or existing capability centers.

Responsibilities include supporting GCC/GBS setup engagements, evaluating the current tech landscape, defining future-state architectures, and guiding solutions that align with target operating models and business goals. Travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and scaling technology operating models and platform-led transformations within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters with enterprise technology expertise.
• Assess current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions aligned with operating model goals.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader goals.
• Travel up to 50%.
