Accenture in the United States seeks an Americas Support Lead for the Global Capability Center Sales Engine. You will develop high-quality pursuit content across sections, apply GCC domain knowledge, and coordinate with the deal team to keep deliverables on schedule.

You'll support orals preparation, build speaker materials, and contribute to reusable GCC assets while aligning with the pursuit strategy and differentiated value proposition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting sales or delivery.
• 2+ years with GCC/GBS operating models and related structures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (min 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality pursuit content across assigned sections (e.g. solution narrative, GCC-specific modules, case examples, and executive summaries).
• Apply GCC domain knowledge and competitive context to strengthen win themes and ensure Accenture's differentiated value proposition is reflected throughout the response.
• Coordinate across deal team, tracking progress and keeping deliverables on schedule.
• Support orals preparation by developing speaker materials, Q&A frameworks, and visual aids.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of reusable GCC sales assets within the Americas market.
• Track pursuit activity and contribute observations to win/loss analysis and the shared asset library.
