Instructure, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director based in Dubai to lead the GCC higher education sales for the Instructure Learning Platform. You will build relationships with universities and government stakeholders, develop regional strategy, and manage complex sales cycles across the GCC.

You will drive pipeline, tailor messaging and proposals, and guide prospects to closure while partnering with Product and Customer Experience teams. English fluency is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Formación

• 4+ years of sales background in SaaS, enterprise software, or EdTech.
• Proven success selling complex solutions at all levels, including the C-suite.
• Strategic, consultative sales mindset with ability to challenge customer thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business growth by selling the Instructure Learning Platform across the GCC higher education market.
• Build and execute targeted sales strategies to develop and nurture a strong client pipeline across the region.
• Share insights to help prospective customers evaluate solutions and choose what best fits their needs.
• Prepare and tailor messaging, presentations, proposals, and tender responses for prospective customers.
• Guide prospects through the purchasing process to successful, timely closure.
