Radiant Nuclear in El Segundo, CA seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to own the day-to-day systems within Microsoft 365 GCC High. You will own the tenant, build identity automation in Entra, manage endpoint security and SaaS infra, and implement controls for CMMC as part of routine work.

This high-ownership role sits in a cross-disciplinary team advancing nuclear reactor commercialization milestones. You will lead IAM, Entra, Intune, email protection, Purview, and AWS/SaaS administration while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or similar field (4 years of work experience may substitute).
• 7+ years administering and engineering production systems.
• Hands-on GCC High tenant administration, Entra, IAM automation, Intune without Group Policy, email security and Purview, SaaS/AWS admin.
• Strong networking fundamentals and compliance evidence handling.

Responsibilities

• Own Microsoft 365 GCC High services and tenant configuration.
• Own Entra end-to-end including conditional access and SSO.
• Build IAM automation layer for joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle and entitlements.
• Manage Windows/endpoint via Intune and update rings.
• Oversee email security, DLP, and information protection in a regulated env.
• Administer SaaS platforms (Box, Slack) and AWS workloads.
• Drive platform projects from idea to deployment and documentation.
• Support CMMC assessment through normal work processes.
