Accenture in the United States is seeking a Global Capability Center Commercial Capabilities Manager to shape product strategy and analytics capabilities for GCC design and setup. You will drive data-driven commercial solutions and work with solution teams to embed capabilities into GCC designs for scalable, business-aligned outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including commercial capability enablement and reinvention.
• Minimum of 2 years of expertise in building and scaling product management, analytics, data, and insights organizations within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 2 years designing and implementing analytics operating models, data governance frameworks, product delivery methodologies, and insights-led transformation programs.
• Minimum of 1 year experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, advanced analytics, automation, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.
• Minimum of 1 year leading digital product development and innovation at scale.

Responsabilités

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters with expertise in commercial product development, data strategy, analytics, and insights-driven decision making.
• Work with solution teams and stakeholders to define data-driven solutions, develop commercial offerings, and leverage analytics to optimize operating models and inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure product and analytics capabilities are embedded into GCC designs to deliver scalable, measurable, and business-aligned outcomes.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, aligning capabilities with broader transformation goals.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
