Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Commercial Capabilities Director to shape product strategy and analytics for GCC design and setup. This role drives data-driven, commercially differentiated solutions across Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Innovation, and Data & Insights, with travel up to 50%.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define data-driven offerings, and embed analytics into GCC designs to deliver scalable, measurable business outcomes and enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in GCC strategy and large-scale transformation.
• Minimum of 3 years building and scaling product management, analytics, data, and insights orgs within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 2 years designing analytics operating models, data governance, delivery methodologies.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms and advanced analytics to improve outcomes.
• Minimum of 1 year leading digital product development and innovation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with data-driven, commercially differentiated solutions.
• Define data-driven offerings and leverage analytics to optimize operating models and inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure product and analytics capabilities are embedded into GCC designs to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs aligning with broader goals and priorities.
• Travel up to 50%.
