Job summary

Accenture in Chicago seeks a seasoned GCC Strategy and Analytics leader to shape product strategy, design scalable analytics capabilities, and drive reinvention across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Data domains.

You will partner with solution teams and client stakeholders, embed analytics into GCC designs, travel up to 50%, and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale transformation.
• Minimum of 3 years building and scaling product management, analytics, data, and insights organizations within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 2 years designing analytics operating models, data governance, and product delivery methodologies.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms and advanced analytics to improve business outcomes.
• Minimum of 1 year leading digital product development and innovation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with deep expertise in commercial product development and data strategy.
• Define data-driven solutions, develop commercial offerings, and leverage analytics to optimize operating models and inform decisions.
• Ensure product and analytics capabilities are embedded into GCC designs for scalable outcomes.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs aligning with HQ priorities.
• Travel up to 50%.
