Job summary

Globalstar is seeking an experienced GES specialist to provide advanced technical and project support for Gateway Systems, interfacing with engineering, reliability and operations to improve network performance.

This role emphasizes incident support, data validation, proactive system performance analysis, and documentation, with opportunities to train others and contribute to SLA objectives. Travel may be required; degree in engineering and 3+ years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in an engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments.
• Knowledge of satellite communications, networking concepts, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to improve overall network performance.
• Validate and refine system requirements and thresholds.
• Provide operational software and product test support.
• Lead projects and develop new processes to optimize performance.
• Document solutions, bulletins, and maintenance procedures.
