The role supports program development, schedules GPS courses, coordinates staff development events, and handles HR tasks for faculty and student workers. It ensures smooth operations across GPS, Academic Prep, and Learning Communities.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree.
• Professional experience in an academic or higher education setting is preferred.
• Professional experience in program coordination, administration, or support in a fast paced environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day administrative and operational activities for the Gateway Program Seminar under the GPS Faculty Director.
• Assists in program development, schedules GPS courses, and coordinates staff professional development events.
• Handles human resource tasks for faculty and student workers, including contracts and timesheets.
• Coordinates oversight of GPS, Academic Prep, and Learning Communities to ensure smooth business processes.
