Job summary

Cencora in Kearny, NJ is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee Gateway Operations, including drivers, dispatchers and ops staff. This on-site role has no remote option and requires strong leadership for daily supervision, staffing and performance reviews, with TSA screening compliance a priority.

You will manage shipments, coordinate scheduling, mentor staff, and ensure safe handling while leveraging World Courier systems and GPS tracking to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree.
• 5 years relevant supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations.
• Assign work to direct reports and monitor performance.
• Participate in interviews for new hires.
• Ensure TSA screening compliance and safe handling of shipments.
• Manage scheduling to ensure proper coverage on all shifts.
