Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking an Outbound Router Supervisor in Kearny, NJ. You will manage driver and freight-handler operations, coordinate dock activities, and ensure timely dispatch of LTL loads at our Kearny Service Center.

The role requires proven leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards. Prior LTL leadership experience is preferred.

• Oversee outbound operations and router scheduling at the service center.

• Dispatch LTL loads timely and manage ad hoc duties from the service center manager.
