Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• CPR certification preferred (may be completed post-hire).
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Control access to the location by verifying identification and issuing visitor credentials.
• Monitor alarms, access control systems, cameras, and radio traffic; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly with de-escalation, notifications, and documentation.
• Conduct regular rounds and patrols of the premises and perimeter.
