Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Gatehouse Officer to staff the community entrance and deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality, while upholding safety and security. Compensation starts at $17/hr with a 2 week pitman schedule from 7 AM to 7 PM in Naples, Florida.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Security Gatehouse Officer preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge visitors, provide a pleasant greeting, and assist visitors entering the community.
• Screen all vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering the community.
• Provide parking passes and maps, and direct visitors to suitable parking.
• Document visitors and vendors/contractors via the gatehouse log.
• Inform the supervisor of inspectors and law enforcement attempting to enter.
• Complete incident reports using the online system.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
