Job summary

Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Gatehouse Officer to staff the entrance and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring security and safety for residents and visitors. The Saturday & Sunday shift (7 AM–7 PM) offers a daytime schedule and opportunities to engage with a welcoming community.

The position requires at least 18 years old, prior gatehouse/security experience preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as Security Gatehouse Officer preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge visitors, provide a pleasant greeting, and offer assistance to all entering the community.
• Screen all vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering the community.
• Provide parking passes, maps, and direct visitors to parking areas.
• Document visitors and vendors in the gatehouse log.
• Notify supervisor of inspectors, government representatives, or law enforcement entering the community.
• Complete detailed incident reports using the online system.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
