Blair Enterprises is a leading nationwide provider of yard management solutions. Arlington, TX-based Transportation Clerk role offers 12 hour shifts, rotating weekly schedules, with some weekend overtime.

You will monitor truck entry/exit, perform yard checks with proprietary software, ensure perimeter security, and maintain yard receipts and logs. Applicants must be 18+, pass background and drug tests, and have a smartphone for payroll and duties.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Smartphone required for payroll access and job duties.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions (indoor/outdoor).
• Must be able to sit, stand, and lift up to 75lbs.

Responsibilities

• Gate Control: Monitor truck entry/exit, maintain inbound logs, and check in vendors and visitors.
• Yard Audits: Verify trailer locations and conditions using proprietary software.
• Security: Ensure facility perimeter is secure and gates operate properly.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate yard receipts and logs throughout the shift.
