Blair Enterprises is a leading nationwide provider of yard management solutions. Arlington, TX-based Transportation Clerk role offers 12 hour shifts, rotating weekly schedules, with some weekend overtime.

You will monitor truck entry/exit, perform yard checks with proprietary software, ensure perimeter security, and maintain yard receipts and logs. Applicants must be 18+, pass background and drug tests, and have a smartphone for payroll and duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

ABOUT US:

Established in 1984, we have decades of success across many areas of transportation and logistics - from air freight to OTR to expediting. In 2018 we made the change to focus exclusively on yard management to meet the needs of our clients.

LOCATION:

• Arlington, TX 76018

PAY:

• $17.50/hour

SCHEDULE:

• 12 hour shifts
• Rotating weekly schedules
• Some weekend overtime

ABOUT THE POSITION:

• Gate Control: Monitor truck entry/exit, maintain inbound logs, and check in vendors and visitors
• Yard Audits: Perform regular yard checks to verify trailer locations and conditions using proprietary software
• Security: Ensure the facility perimeter is secure and gates are in proper working order
• Documentation: Maintain accurate yard receipts and logs throughout the shift
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and highly dependable.
• Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to Arlington, TX.

REQUIREMENTS

• 18+ years old
