Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and capable of high performance with little supervision.
• Current Trainer certification desired or Tat’s certified within 30 days.
• Top 20% performance in Project Team Build issues and strong workmanship history.
• No disciplinary action for Quality, Productivity or Behavior in the last 12 months.
• Willing to change departments to support production needs and shifts.
• Outstanding performance per Trainer Coordinator or Production Supervisor feedback.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and record technical data accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication; directions must be clear.
• Good facilitation skill to teach individuals or small groups.
• Satisfactory attendance and safety records.
• Must have trained in a position for at least 12 months in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Train and certify employees within the department.
• Progress new or transfer employees through qualification and certification.
• Train employees on new skills and help improve performance.
• Perform module audits and evaluate certification requirements.
• Provide objective input for performance reviews and feedback.
• Support the training program by creating and revising modules.
• Establish written evaluation and update skills criteria for qualification.
• Maintain records of employees and department activities.
• Conduct ongoing evaluation and random audits of employees.
• Stay current on techniques in all aspects of interpreting.
• Maintain a harassment/discrimination free work environment.
