• No disciplinary action for Quality, Productivity or Behavior in last 12 months.
• Willing to change departments and adjust shifts as production requires.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and record technical data accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to teach individuals or groups.
• Good attendance and safety record.

Responsibilities

• Train and certify Metal Processors through qualification and certification processes.
• Create and revise training modules and evaluation criteria.
• Maintain records and conduct audits of employees and department performance.
• Support a harassment/discrimination-free work environment.
