Blair Enterprises is seeking a Local CDL-A Driver in Louisville, KY to operate between two dedicated locations and maintain equipment. The role requires a CDL-A, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background checks and drug testing.

Position offers 1st shift, Monday–Friday with staggered start times around 5 AM, occasional weekends, and home daily. Salary is hourly with standard benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Smartphone required for payroll access and job duties.

Responsibilities

• Drive a CDL-A tractor between two dedicated locations.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and perform daily walk-arounds.
• Follow all safety protocols and policies.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with home daily.

PAY

$24/hour for CDL-A Drivers

SCHEDULE

• 1st Shift
• Monday-Friday
• Scheduled staggered start-times beginning at 5AM
• Occasional mandatory weekends

ABOUT THE POSITION

• We are looking for a dedicated driver with a Class A CDL, working between two dedicated locations
• Home every day
• Responsible for maintaining the truck including cleanliness and daily vehicle walk-arounds
• Follow all company safety protocols.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

REQUIREMENTS

• CDL-A required
• Yard Jockey experience (preferred)
• 23 years of age
• Clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Able to pass a drug test
• Smart phone required for payroll access and job duties
• Ability to work in all weather conditions (indoor/outdoor)
• Must be able to sit, stand, and lift up to 75lbs
