Job summary

Ocean Canyon Resorts is seeking a part-time Gate Attendant to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our members and guests. This role requires excellent customer service and the ability to monitor the resort grounds and respond calmly to incidents.

You will work a 24-hour-per-week schedule across three days, including nights and weekends. A clean background and the ability to operate security equipment are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Clean Criminal Record is required.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Friendly personality for frequent guest interaction.
• Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members, guests and customers to the resort.
• Monitor grounds and facilities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.

Ocean Canyon Resorts is looking to add new team members to its roster of motivated employees!

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for Gate Attendants with great customer service skills and the motivation to provide a safe and secure environment for our members!

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming members, guests and new customers to the resort.
• Monitoring grounds and facilities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and professional manner
• Additional responsibilities as requested by your manager

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED program
• Clean Criminal Record Check
• Must be able to work a variable shift schedule, including nights and weekends
• Friendly personality as you will be talking to members and employees frequently during your shift
• Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
