Job summary

Resource Property Management (RPM) seeks a friendly, professional gate attendant at our Florida property to provide courteous service to residents, guests, and vendors. You will identify authorized entrants and report any suspicious behavior to security or authorities as needed.

You will assist residents during emergencies and maintain a daily activity log for the Community Association Manager. You’ll coordinate with Concierge, Property Manager, Maintenance, and Gate Supervisor to keep

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and personable customer service.
• Report suspicious behavior to the office or notify the police, if necessary.
• Gate personnel will remain alert at all times, ensure that all vehicles entering the property are identified as residents or bonafide guests or vendors.
• Assist residents in emergency situations.
• Keep a log of all activities and provide the same daily to the Community Association Manager.
• Notify residents when guests arrive, issue guest parking passes, with dates and unit number clearly identified.
• Work as a team with the Concierge, Property Manager, Maintenance Team, Gate Supervisor, etc.
• Safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with RPM’s internal procedures and policies as well as all related employee handbooks and training/safety manuals.
