Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.
  • Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
  • Collects, processes, and sells entry tickets; assists guest with questions; provides assistance with navigating property.
  • Keeps count of guests entering property and balances tickets.
  • Handles and secures all money banks to ensure the proper balancing and transaction verification through the ticket system; prepares and verifies all closing paperwork; corrects financial deficiencies as needed.
  • Notifies higher level management of any suspicious or unusual activity and/or transactions in a timely manner.
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

  • Prior experience in a cash handling position strongly preferred.
  • Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Basic computer/tablet/typing skills Perferred.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off as needed.
