Job summary

Penn Entertainment is seeking talent to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team at our Lake Charles property. You will help drive guest experiences, promote the Penn Play card, and coordinate rooms, meals, and shows for a variety of events.

Responsibilities

• Encourages customers to use the Penn Play card and explains its advantages.
• Explains complimentary structure and determines comps based on player activity.
• Builds and retains customer relations for 4 and 5 Star guests.
• Awards customer comps based on gaming action and program guidelines.
• Coordinates guest rooms, meals and show reservations, and assists guests with questions and special requests.
• Assists in the organization of special functions and telemarketing efforts for events.
• Assists in ticket distribution for all special events.
• Manages internal requests for comps, transportation, suite upgrades, and hotel extensions.
• Oversees reservation blocks and rates for all systems including Theo Calendar on Sharepoint.

• Encourages customers to use the Penn Play card, explaining the advantages of the card, as well as promoting the usage.
• Explains complimentary structure, as well as how and why customers qualify for different levels of complimentary; determines comps to be awarded and issues comps based upon player activity.
• Builds and retains customer relations for our 4 and 5 Star guests.
• Awards customer comps based on gaming action and program guidelines.
• Coordinates guest rooms, meals and show reservations, and assists guests with questions and special requests to ensure coordination of guest needs to provide for their maximum convenience and comfort.
• Assists in the organization of special functions (parties, tournaments, etc.) and is responsible for preparing invitee lists and telemarketing efforts for special events, individual visits and/or obtain feedback on customer satisfaction.
• Assists in ticket distribution for all special events.
• Manages the internal requests by phone for the entire property pertaining to comps for patrons, transportation requests, suite upgrades, and hotel stay extensions.
• Oversees reservation blocks and rates for all systems including the Theo Calendar located on Sharepoint.
