Job summary

ProMaster Security Gate and Door Expert is seeking an experienced manager with at least 1 year hands-on construction experience. The role involves scheduling technicians, ordering materials, and organizing tools for field projects.

You will work in both field and office settings and may train in gate/door installations, electrical work, and welding. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage projects independently with some Spanish

Qualifications

• 1+ year managing teams of technicians and monitoring production.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage projects and operations independently.
• Knowledge of gate/door installations, electrical connections, low-voltage work and welding; training provided.
• Experience with field service software or computer programs.
• Will work in field and office; driver's license required.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians and coordinate daily field operations.
• Order materials and organize tools for upcoming jobs.
• Oversee on-site installations and related tasks.
• Liaise with clients and manage safety/compliance in the field.
