Formación

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience.
• Must have reliable means of transportation for work.
• Proof of automobile insurance required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Familiarity with basic welding principles preferred.
• Commitment to accurate and high-quality work.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of automatic gates.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read, interpret and understand work orders in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, troubleshoot and repair sliding gates, swinging gates, barrier gates, vertical pivot gates, pop-up bollards, wedges/crash barriers, keypads, call boxes and like systems.
• Full gate installations.
• Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products.
• Assess and repair gate motors, gate hardware, and access devices.
• Performs all necessary preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Implement and improve quality control operating procedures.
• Participate in routine visual inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently.
• Performs all necessary preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Welds, wires, and programs equipment as required by the nature of the service.
• Provides a positive, collaborative, and informative customer service experience to residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Description

A growing property management company is looking for a Service Repair Technician with at least three years of related experience to bring their skills and knowledge to one of the largest independently owned companies in the Valley.

Responsible for performing all types of service repair such as on automatic gates, gate motors, operators, intercoms, telephone entry systems and garage doors.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, troubleshoot and repair sliding gates, swinging gates, barrier gates, vertical pivot gates, pop-up bollards, wedges/crash barriers, keypads, call boxes and like systems
• Full gate installations
