Pacific Rim Door Service, Inc. in Sylmar, CA is seeking experienced Lead/Foreman Technicians to install and service commercial doors, including hollow metal, aluminum glass, overhead rollup, and sliding doors.

This full-time role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, physical work, and the ability to lift 75–100 lb. You will work on site with a safety-focused team, coordinate with the dispatch group, and mentor junior technicians.

Formación

• 3–5 years minimum experience servicing and installing commercial doors.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lb regularly.
• Must have a valid driver's license (no DUI in past 7 years).

Responsabilidades

• Install doors and hardware on a range of commercial doors.
• Repair, adjust, replace, and troubleshoot door systems.

Our Orange County location is looking to fill multiple openings in our Door Technician role. Looking forexperiencedForeman Technicians for repair/installation of Commercial doors such as hollow metal doors, aluminum glass doors, overhead rollup doors, and sliding doors. These individuals must be well adverse within the construction or mechanical industry. We are looking for someone who has several years experience working with tools and is capable of physical work for 8 hours a day with the ability to lift 75lb-100lb on a regular basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Install doors and hardware on a wide range of commercial entry/exit/warehouse doors in commercial companies and warehouses
• Repair, adjust, replace, and/or troubleshoot issues with entry/exit/overhead doors and associated hardware.
• Communicate progress and challenges with dispatch team throughout the install/repair process.
• Always operate in a safety conscious manner

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License (NO DUI in the past 7 years)

Lead/Foreman Technicians

Must have all the requirements stated above, plus 3-5years minimumexperience servicing and installingCommercial Doors. Must take pride in work and level of service provided.
