Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and the required credits or degree.
• Proof via official transcripts or ParaPro result.
• Experience with children in educational settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher with implementing goals and IEPs.
• Manage student behavior and provide instructional assistance.
• De-escalate crises and follow behavior plans.
• Distribute and supervise medication to students per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and data records.
• Assist with data entry and grading.
