Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interacts with coworkers, visitors, and staff in line with Jefferson values.
• Collects and reviews patient insurance information, including prior authorizations and referrals, ensuring approvals before procedures.
• Completes pre-procedure calls and confirms appointment times with patients.
• Provides patients with all necessary pre-operative instructions.
• Adheres to HIPAA privacy and security requirements and regulatory standards.
