Responsibilities

• Schedule medical appointments across the system coordinating patients, providers, facilities, and related resources.
• Obtain patient demographics, insurance information, and necessary documents for authorizations and referrals.
• Provide patients with appointment details and pre/post-test instructions; explain location and directions.
• Communicate with patients, facilities, and clinicians via phone, chat, email and EMR messaging to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Process scanned documents and manage orders in the imaging software and ensure compliance with policy.
