Responsibilities

• Patient Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule new and follow-up appointments; coordinate procedure scheduling (e.g., colonoscopy, endoscopy).
• Referral Management: Receive, review, and process referrals; obtain missing documentation; schedule and track referrals.
• Insurance Verification & Financial Responsibilities: Verify insurance eligibility; communicate coverage and patient financial responsibility; collect copays and balances.
