• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a large or multi-site outpatient clinic.
• Own financial performance, budgeting, payroll, and inventory.
• Lead staff engagement, recruitment, development, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and government agencies.
• Maintain facility and equipment; coordinate maintenance.
• Build community partnerships to grow market share and brand.
