Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• RN license to practice in Ohio required.
• Certificate of Authority, State of Ohio required.
• National Certification in Adult, Family or Acute Care required.
• Certificate to Prescribe in Ohio required.
• BLS required, ACLS to be obtained.

Responsibilities
