Qualificações

• Minimum one year of recent experience in a medical facility as a medical assistant.
• Gastroenterology experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist physicians with patient care in clinical and administrative tasks.
• Check vital signs, collect patient history, chart and document.
• Triage phone calls and provide patient education as needed.
• Prepare for exams, assist transfers and accompany patients to exam/procedure rooms.
• Manage patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Update and file patient charts; ensure accuracy of records.
