Qualifications

• Ability to manage budgets and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop training strategy with the Director for disease, product, and customer interaction training.
• Execute on-the-ground delivery of training experiences.
• Create new hire and continuing education curricula.
• Coordinate field advisory teams and learning champions.
• Oversee budgeting and schedule adherence for programs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align materials.
• Design certification trainings and partner with agencies.
