• Create and manage training programs including new hire curricula and ongoing education.
• Develop core competencies and tools to support field personnel and learning champions.
• Manage training materials review for regulatory and legal compliance.
• Lead field-based training programs, mentorships, and field assessments.
• Track metrics to communicate value and impact of training initiatives.
