Job summary

Sanofi Genzyme in Cambridge, MA seeks an Associate Director of Field Learning & Development (Gastro). You will co-create world-class training, including live and eLearning, for disease and product knowledge and customer interactions, and lead on-the-ground deployment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in pharma/biotech training, strong communication skills, and ability to partner across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Compliance. Significant travel (25-35%) is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pharma/biotech with training, field enablement, or commercial capability development experience.
• Experience translating complex clinical data into scalable learning content.
• Proven ability to lead national training programs and coach field teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy training for the Business Unit, including disease, product, and customer interaction capabilities.
• Manage field-based training programs, mentorships, coaching, and field assessment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Compliance to align training materials.
• Track and report metrics to demonstrate value and impact of training initiatives.
