Job summary

Regeneron is seeking an Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs, to join our Gastroenterology team. In this field-based role, you will establish scientific exchange with healthcare providers and payers, share data on in-line and pipeline products, and collaborate with Global Medical Affairs leadership.

The position requires a Doctorate level degree and at least 5 years of related experience, plus MSL experience; travel 40–50% across TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, NM; on-site in many roles.

Qualifications

• Doctorate level degree with 5+ years of related work experience (clinical, managed care, or industry).
• Experience as a Medical Science Liaison within Immunology; Gastroenterology is preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate and disseminate scientific and clinical data.

Responsibilities

• Engage in scientific discussions with Healthcare Professionals and payers, aligned with Medical Affairs objectives.
• Demonstrate deep scientific expertise in assigned molecules/products and therapeutic area.
• Build and nurture relationships with key external scientific and medical specialists across the region.
• Stay ahead of evolving healthcare trends within the Dermatology therapeutic landscape.
• Shape and implement local medical strategy in line with Global Medical Affairs direction and timelines.
• Support clinical research sites and investigators.
• Deliver clinical and health economic information that enhances the appropriate use of our products.
• Communicate scientific and clinical information ethically, accurately, and in a customer-focused manner.
