Eskenazi Health seeks an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care across EMG venues. The APRN will provide diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, order tests, and collaborate with other providers to ensure comprehensive care.

The role includes developing care plans, educating patients, and prescribing within approved prescriptive authority from Indiana. Strong leadership and evidence-based practice are essential for improving patient outcomes.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Master of Science in Nursing.
• Current Indiana license as an RN or license endorsement.
• Collaborative agreement with affiliated physician group.
• Current Indiana Controlled Substance Registration.

Responsabilidades

• Provides history, physical assessment, and ongoing evaluation of patients.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests; documents findings.
• Develops care plans and communicates them to patients and families.
• Prescribes within approved prescriptive authority; coordinates referrals.
