Required qualifications include completion of an APRN/PA program and Indiana licensure, with active DEA/CSR and BLS/PALS. The role emphasizes collaboration, evidence-based practice, and ongoing professional development within a leading health system.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an approved APRN or Physician Assistant program.
• Active licensure as an APRN or PA in the State of Indiana by the Medical Licensing Board, prior to hire date.
• Current DEA, CSR Registration and BLS or PALS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate patient health care for Eskenazi Health patients under physician supervision.
• Provide full scope of services including diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and care coordination.
• Collect health history, diagnose and treat hematology/oncology conditions with empathy.
• Order and interpret key diagnostics and collaborate with the care team and attending physician.
• Maintain up-to-date licensing, credentialing, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
