Eskenazi Health seeks an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care across EMG venues. The APRN will provide diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, order tests, and collaborate with other providers to ensure comprehensive care.
The role includes developing care plans, educating patients, and prescribing within approved prescriptive authority from Indiana. Strong leadership and evidence-based practice are essential for improving patient outcomes.

The APRN plans, coordinates, and evaluates patient's health care at EMG venues. The APRN provides diagnostic as well as therapeutic intervention and evaluation, including diagnostic and pharmacologic intervention. Performs or orders and interprets diagnostic testing. Utilizes referrals to other providers as needed. Writes prescriptions when having appropriate approved prescriptive authority. Performs office procedures within the scope of practice. Collaborates with health care providers across the health care continuum.
